Quick answers
How do I restore my £1.99 ad-free purchase?
Field Kit (the Settings tab) → Restore purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with; the entitlement comes back on any device, free. If nothing comes back, the app will tell you — that usually means a different Apple ID made the purchase.
How do I change my ads / tracking choice?
Your tracking choice lives in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Onsider. In the UK/EU you can also re-open the ad consent form from Field Kit → Manage ad consent. Declining never locks any feature — ads just become non-personalised. The ad-free purchase removes ads (and the whole ad system) entirely; the details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes — offline-first is the point. The briefing, panic deck, pronunciation guide, field manual and widgets all work with zero signal. Fixtures and delayed final scores refresh when you're back online.
A fact or a line looks wrong.
That's the one thing we most want to hear about. Every line comes from a hand-curated, fact-checked corpus and ships as written — nothing on screen is AI-improvised. If something slipped through, email the exact line to support@onsider.app and it gets fixed in the next update.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the ad-free purchase. Apple typically decides within a day or two. There's no subscription to cancel — it's a one-time purchase.
Whisper Mode isn't reading lines into my AirPods.
Whisper Mode speaks through whatever audio route is active, and it keeps working with the phone locked or pocketed. Check your AirPods are connected before you tap GO LIVE, and that the ring/silent switch isn't the issue — Whisper uses the media channel, so media volume is the one that matters.
What does it need to run?
iPhone on iOS 26.4 or later. Lock Screen / Home Screen widgets and the matchday countdown (Live Activity / Dynamic Island) come along automatically, and an Apple Watch companion is coming in a free update. No feature needs Apple Intelligence — the curated lines are identical on every supported iPhone.
